What We’re About
We’re about the Church: Missio is known for incarnational training, our strategy is to work with leaders, our driving passion is the conversion of culture to the Gospel, and our particular angle is missiological. BUT it all centers around the idea of a local expression of believers called a Church.
We’re about innovation: Missio wants to give permission to leaders, churches and denominations to value the call to try something fresh, to risk what we would lose anyway if we keep doing the same things over and over again.
We’re about being practitioner lead: We prioritize our lives locally so our influence with leaders is legit. We are on the ground leaders of churches and missionary ventures.
We’re about all forms of churches: Mega/Micro/Traditional/Contemporary/Mainline. We need them all, but all need to be led by Missionary thinkers and move beyond simply “doing church.” God’s church must get back on the move and find the beautiful balance between gathering and scattering.
